Slobodan came excruciatingly close to expunging from the record books Stuart's dodgy
1988 M40 record for the 200m. Stuart's time of 27.09s has a charmed life.  
Two years ago Bob Talbot was in the middle of a magic month when he rewrote all 
the M40 sprint records except this one.  After he had run a 200m that was obviously 
much faster then the record, it turned out that neither timekeeper had recorded the time.
Miraculously, the record lives on.
