Last year's experiment of holding a Fun Run each Thursday was poorly-supported, so we are not repeating it this year. Naturally, you are free to run the course whenever you wish.
Some people do interval training on the track in the evening; others do so on Thursday lunchtimes.
Links to the results sheets (which include cumulative points totals) are below. The links will not work until the races have been run!
The Running Club pays to get the track re-marked weekly throughout the summer. To cover this cost, there is a fee of £1 per track race session attended. Alternatively, runners may pay a lump-sum of £10 to cover their membership (£1) plus a whole season of track races.
